The Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology program is designed to train students in the core principles and practices required to assist in surgical and operation theatre settings. This short-term professional course provides in-depth knowledge of operation theatre procedures, surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, infection control, and patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Students will learn to work efficiently as part of a surgical team and gain the technical expertise needed to prepare and maintain an operation theatre for various surgical procedures. The course blends theoretical knowledge with practical demonstrations to ensure readiness for hospital and clinical environments.
